Hampton Park Public Library
The Hampton Park Public Library will be a 20,500 s.f. facility located on Settingdown Road one quarter mile north of the Hampton Park/Settingdown Road Intersection. The facility will house 96,000 volumes and have seating capacity for 135 users. It will serve all ages of the county population and will contain a 100 seat capacity meeting room. Thirty-eight public access computer workstations will also be available.
The Hampton Park Public Library will be designed to address the library needs of the rapidly growing population of North Forsyth County. Its secondary purpose is to increase the overall volume of library materials so that all citizens of Forsyth County can access these materials via the library's automation system. A four acre site is already owned by Forsyth County.
