How do I get a Library Card?
We offer a free library card to anyone living in Forsyth County or
employed by Forsyth County Government or Forsyth County Schools
(teachers, county government employees, etc.).
Please complete our Library Card Application. Bring the completed
application and acceptable identification in person to the library.
The Library does not accept mailed applications and does not mail
cards.
Acceptable identification is:
- Georgia State driver's
license with current address
- Personal checking account with current
address
- Insurance identification card with current
address
- Voter's Registration Card
- Employee card, badge,
or paycheck receipt if employed by the Forsyth County
Government or Forsyth County Schools

Please print the application, fill it out,
and bring it to the library with acceptable identification,
