Tuesday, 7/22/2008: The EBSCO Automobile Repair Reference Center premium database, accessed through GALILEO, is currently undergoing maintenance. It has been temporarily taken out of service. EBSCO engineers are working to restore access as quickly as possible.

EBSCOhost 2.0 switchover is in process

EBSCO has reported to us that during the initial deployment today, EBSCOhost personal folders will not be available. They have also reported that some slowness with searching may occur. Both problems should resolve when the deployment completes later this afternoon.

Internet Outage

Wednesday, June 25, 2008: There have been some issues with Internet access at the library due to hardware problems with the service provider. These problems have been identified and are currently being addressed by the service provider's maintainence technicians.

Grove Art Online Search Outage

6/12/2008: Technicians are currently working with WebFeat, which powers the GALILEO search features, to transition from the Grove Art Online interface to the new Oxford Art Online interface. Because of this work, it is possible that you may encounter problems searching Grove Art Online via GALILEO search.

ProQuest Service Outage

June 5, 2008: There was a service outage reported for ProQuest at approximately 7pm. It was reported resolved at 8:30 am on June 6, 2008.

EBSCO Database Performance Issues

Monday, 6/2/2008: EBSCO databases are currently slow to load and slow to return results.
EBSCO has identified the problem as an image-loading issue and is working to resolve it. (Resolved by 8:00 AM, 6/3/2008.)
