The Telecirc Automated Telephone Renewal and Notification service allows patrons to receive many library circulation services via the telephone. Patrons can call the Telecirc system to verify information such as items checked out, items overdue, and holds available. Patrons may also renew materials via the telephone and may request at the Circulation Desk to have the Telecirc system automatically call them to notify them when items are overdue or holds are available for pick-up.

To renew materials via the telephone, call 770-781-9865 from a touchtone phone and follow the spoken prompts. (Note:You need to have your library card number and PIN number available.
