Forsyth County Public Library operates by seeking funding from a number of sources, including the Forsyth County Government, the State of Georgia, grants, and patron contributions.
Financial donations from our community help the library provide more access to new materials, programs, and events. There are two ways to make a contribution to the library:
Donate to the Forsyth County Public Library Fund
This fund is managed by the North Georgia Community Foundation and allows the library to pool your donation with gifts from others and use those funds to serve the community above and beyond the library’s regular budget.
To donate online, visit www.ngcf.org and click “Donate Online” in the upper right corner. Complete the donation form. For “Designation,” select “Other” then enter the fund name “Forsyth County Public Library Fund.”
You can also make a donation to the fund by check. Simply make the check payable to North Georgia Community Foundation and write “Forsyth County Public Library Fund” in the memo line. Mail the check to NGCF, 615 F Oak Street, Suite 1300, Gainesville, GA 30501.
