In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Dr. Ary Malaver, a professor of Spanish at UNG will talk about how cultural awareness, identity and creativity can influence how we perceive differences. New perceptions can lead us to a deeper understanding of what we can achieve with our differences. Dr. Malaver’s short story collection Incidentes will be available for sale. This is a bilingual program in English and Spanish.

Bio:
Born in Peru, Dr. Ary Malaver is a professor and writer. He currently works for the Department of Spanish at UNG. His interests include literature, film, and mysticism. He's the author of two books, a book of short stories and an essay on brevity.
