The Great Georgia Pollinator Census is a citizen science project created by the University of Georgia where Georgians count the insects that land on a chosen pollinator plant for 15 minutes and put the insects into one of eight categories (carpenter bee, bumble bee, honey bee, small bee, wasp, fly, butterfly/moth, or other insect). The project is designed for any Georgian to participate and make a difference for pollinator conservation! Drop by our front desk to receive your tally form! No registration is required.
