Join us as we discover the history of Forsyth County's beautiful Sawnee Mountain with Jackson Gibbs, Outdoor Recreational Coordinator. Learn about the sacred site for the local Native American tribes as well as the abandoned gold mines located just off the beaten path. We will discuss the many beautiful hiking trails, the breathtaking views, the bird observatory along with the plants and wildlife that can be found there.
