Teen Tuesdays - Fiber Vibes: Abstract Doodle Weaving
For Teens in Grades 6–12
Tuesday, June 23
6:30pm - 7:30pm
Ditch the patterns and get tactile at Fiber Vibes, a low-stress workshop where we turn cardboard and yarn into modern wall art. Whether you're an artist or just looking for a way to unplug, this program is all about the "doodle"—weaving organic shapes, playing with bold textures, and exploring color without the pressure of being perfect.
In this session, you’ll build your own custom loom from scratch and learn how to "draw" with fiber. Mix chunky roving with sleek yarns to create a one-of-a-kind hanging that’s totally unique to you. There are no mistakes here—just vibes, textures, and a cool piece of decor to take home.
This program is for teens in grades 6–12. Registration is not required but supplies may be limited.
This event will require event passes. Event passes are free and available to participants on the day of the program. They will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting 30 minutes before the event start time.
