Fencing is a sport that builds strength, mental and physical agility, self-confidence, and discipline. Kathy Vail from the Dunwoody Fencing Club will discuss the history and sport of fencing, its weapons, and other gear. This will be followed by a hands-on demonstration that will allow participants to learn basic footwork and blade work.
