Ayurveda, which translates to 'the science of life' in Sanskrit, is a holistic approach to health and wellness that has been practiced for over 5,000 years. This ancient wisdom offers a unique perspective on how to balance our physical, mental, and emotional bodies with the natural world.

This program will be presented by Dr. Rupali Biradar.

About Dr Rupali Biradar

Dr. (Vaidya) Rupali Biradar, M.D. in Ayurveda is classically trained and highly qualified with over 15 years in Ayurvedic medicine, US board certified in Traditional Ayurvedic Medicine. She is founder and director of Modern Ayurveda Wellness Atlanta USA.
