Cumming Meeting Room

Come to the Cumming Library to celebrate Black History Month through songs, books, and crafts in this special storytime! We will discuss famous and influential Black Americans who helped shape our country. This program is designed to promote language, listening, and pre-reading skills by emphasizing vocabulary development, experiences with a variety of literature, and participation in language-based activities. In addition, children will develop the skills needed to become successful readers. 

This program is 60 minutes in length and is for all ages.  No registration is required.
