Teen Tuesdays - The Sludge Studio
For Teens in Grades 6–12
Tuesday, July 21
6:30pm - 7:30pm
Think you’re too old for sensory play? Think again. We’re leaning into the chaos at The Sludge Studio, where the line between "chemistry experiment" and "after-school snack" gets deliciously blurry.
First, you'll head to the Polymer Lab to mix, stretch, and scent your own custom batch of slime. Once your masterpiece is bagged up, you’ll shift from chemist to chef at our Dirt Bar. We’re talking layers of creamy chocolate pudding, "soil" made of crushed Oreos, and a generous helping of gummy worms to complete the aesthetic.
It’s tactile, it’s tasty, and it’s probably the most fun you can have in a library without getting shushed.
This program is for teens in grades 6–12.
This event will require event passes. Event passes are free and available to participants on the day of the program. They will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting 30 minutes before the event start time.
