Family and Consumer Sciences Agent Roshan Ramlal, PhD, MPH from the UGA Extension Office demonstrates cast iron cooking techniques and explains the benefits of cast iron cooking and how to care for your iron cookware. Attendees will enjoy samples of dishes prepared in cast iron cookware.

This program will require event passes. Event passes are free and available to participants on the day of the program. They will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting 30 minutes before the event start time.
