This Month in the Society: Step back into history as we learn about Victory Gardens through hands-on activities for the whole family!

Victory Gardens, or war gardens, were vegetable, fruit, and herb plots planted at private homes and public parks during World War I and II to reduce pressure on public food supplies and boost morale. Come learn the skills to build, sow, and grow a Victory Garden that feeds your family and fuels your community.

This program is for families with children elementary age and up. Registration is not required but supplies may be limited.
