Sharon Forks Meeting RoomThis Month in the Society: The Perfect Sourdough & Scratch Crust
Ditch the delivery box and bring your aprons! This month, we are heading into the kitchen to master the science of yeast, fermentation, and flour. Families will work together to measure, knead, and toss their own custom pizza dough completely from scratch.
You’ll learn the secrets to a perfect rise and take home a fresh ball of dough ready for family pizza night, along with a signature starter recipe to add to their family homestead journal to keep the tradition baking at home.
This program is for families with children elementary age and up. Registration is not required but supplies may be limited.
