Denmark AmphitheaterA regular tai chi practice can enhance both physical and mental well-being through its focus on controlled breathing and fluid motion. Come to our outdoor amphitheater each week for an adult-only program where a local healing arts professional will teach you the fundamentals of tai chi.
About the Instructor: Cotter Kelsey began studying tai chi in 2004, which led to his interest in Eastern medicine. He graduated from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego in 2010 with a Masters of Science of Traditional Oriental Medicine. He began his private practice in 2011. He received his Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco in 2018. He is a licensed acupuncturist by the state of Georgia, and is nationally certified as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine. His areas of interest in the healing arts include acupuncture, medicinal martial arts, Eastern herbalism, and nutrition & lifestyle.
