Sharon Forks Meeting Room

What do patriotic songs, society women’s diaries, and colonial cookbooks have in common? All give context to life in America before, during, and after the Revolutionary War. Learn how to transcribe them with the By the People volunteer transcription program through the Library of Congress. We will cover the basics of transcribing and also work on a project as a group.

No experience is needed. Laptops will be provided, but feel free to bring your own laptop if you prefer.

This program is for adults only.
