Incorporating gentle movement into your daily routine can enhance both physical and mental well-being. Gentle stretching helps to soften tension in muscles, improving flexibility and circulation while also serving as a mindful break from the day's stressors. Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that adapts traditional poses to be performed while seated in a chair or using a chair for support.
Know before you go:
- May include some standing poses.
- Wear comfy clothing you can move in.
- Shoes are required in the library at all times.
