A new year is a great time to take up hiking! Not sure where to start? Hear top tips and suggestions as well as things to avoid when heading out. Whether you are walking the greenway or hiking in the woods, a new hiker or experienced, come get information to make your next adventure a great one!

About the Presenter

Robert "Bo" Bobinski's experience includes Appalachian Trail Maintainer, Appalachian Trail Ambassador, Leave No Trace Master Educator (Outdoor Ethics), Georgia State Advocate, Leave No Trace, and a teacher of outdoor education to students ranging from 5th grade–Graduate School. His hiking/backpacking experience includes GA State Parks, AT Sections in GA, NC, TN, VA, PA, NY, VT, ME, Adirondacks (NY), Foothills Trail (SC), Benton Mackaye Trail (GA & TN), Long Trail (VT), Paysayten Wildneress (WA), Glacier NP (MT), Mt Rainier NP (WA), Olympic NP (WA), Point Lobos (CA), Germany, Scotland and many more to come!
