If you crave adventure, strange happenings, and thought-provoking conversation, this is the book club for you! Step outside of reality and come discuss stories that’ll leave you asking “what if?”

This book club meets at the Sharon Forks Library at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every month. This month we will discuss The Lathe of Heaven by Ursual K. Le Guin. This thought-provoking classic science fiction story explores consciousness, unintended consequences, and shifting realities.

Speculative fiction is “a type of story or literature that is set in a world that is different from the world we live in, or that deals with magical or imagined future events.” (Cambridge Dictionary)
