Receive free health screenings from Northside Hospital Forsyth!

Screenings include:

  • cholesterol/glucose
  • blood pressure
  • sleep quality
  • coronary risk profile
  • osteoporosis
  • cancer risk

Registration is required.

Register through the library's website, and a library staff member will contact you to schedule your appointment time. Registration closes Wednesday, January 25.

This program is for adults, ages 18+, and masks are required. 

There will also be an opportunity to participate in a rapid skin cancer screening, which requires separate registration to schedule an appointment. Click here to register for a skin cancer screening.
