About Chris Chan
Christopher “Chris” J. Chan is a registered U.S. Patent Attorney and seasoned intellectual property (IP) litigator with 25+ years experience in all facets of patent, trademark, and copyright law. He is the Founder of Christopher J. Chan IP Law, a full service IP law firm. A graduate of Georgia Tech with a mechanical engineering degree, Christopher worked for the engineering firm Babcock & Wilcox before attending Georgia State University College of Law. Christopher is a frequent speaker on IP rights, leadership, mentoring, business development as a lawyer, and issues important to the Asian American (AAPI) community.
