Archivist and Curator of the Waffle House Museum, Julia Ludwiczak Buschman, will give a guest lecture about the diner's humble beginnings, its expansion, and the creation of the Waffle House Museum. Since opening it's doors in 1955, Waffle House has had a major impact on local Georgia communities leading it to become an iconic restaurant location within the state.
