Playing is not just for children! The act of playing with others, such as sports or even doing a puzzle, can have many health benefits such as reducing stress and anxiety. Elissa Larson, health coach, will explain all the benefits and scientific studies on playing.    

About the Presenter: Elissa Larson is the owner of Let's Be Nourished and works as a health coach. She earned her National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching in 2025. She has also worked as an executive chef and a yoga teacher.
