Looking for a way to get involved in the community? Become a superhero and serve your community one voter at a time. Become a Forsyth County poll worker! You may not be able to vote yet, but that doesn't mean you can't be part of the voting process.
Forsyth County Voter Registrations & Elections is seeking civic-minded citizens from all backgrounds (age 16+) to serve as poll workers in the upcoming elections.
“Poll workers are the foundation of the election process,” said Voter Registrations & Elections Director Mandi Smith. “People may not realize that it takes 650-plus poll workers to make an election cycle happen. We simply couldn’t do it without them, and we look forward to meeting with residents who are interested in finding out more about potentially serving as a poll worker.”
This poll worker preview session will give an inside look into the process and roles of being a Forsyth County poll worker, including qualifications, duties and required training sessions. If you have an interest in serving your community, join this session or contact the Forsyth County Voter Registrations & Elections office at Pollworker@forsythco.com or at (770) 781-2118 or visit us online at www.forsythco.com/vote.
