You're the judge at the MANHATTAN SHORT international short film festival! Come watch 10 short films from international artists and vote for your favorite. MANHATTAN SHORT takes place from September 25–October 5 this year and spans venues in over 500 locations worldwide. This program is for adults and admission is free. Runtime is 2 hours, 20 minutes. There will be one 7-minute intermission halfway through.
