Shana Banana brings her guitar, percussion instruments, costume accents, and a whiteboard and works with teens to co-compose and perform an original song. Participants will learn the foundation of song styles and structure, rhythm, vocal technique, and lyrical devices, and be invited to perform the song (with costume accents and percussion if desired) for friends, teachers, and family. Participants learn about vocal technique and breath control, as well as performance and writing tips and tricks.
For rising grades 6–12.
