Join us for an educational event celebrating the fascinating world of bats! Enjoy an educational talk with UGA Extension bat experts Laurie and Larry Alvord and learn about the vital role bats play in ecosystems, from insect control to pollination. Walk our sidewalks outside to listen for bats, learn about our bat monitoring efforts, and gain a deeper appreciation for our winged friends of the night. This program is suitable for adults and high school students.
