A series of programs offered once each month, Know as They Grow is designed for parents of children ages birth to six years of age. Each month, FCPL welcomes early childhood experts to discuss topics that are of interest to parents. Know as They Grow programs take place on FCPL's GoToMeeting platform. Registration is requested, and an email with login information will be sent prior to the program.
Lauren Garmon is a pediatric nurse practitioner and certified pediatric sleep consultant. A Metro Atlanta native, she lives in Gwinnett County with her husband and two young children. Lauren loves sleep! Her joy is supporting and encouraging other parents as they work to help their child sleep better. Lauren believes all families deserve good sleep. After spending 8 years in practice as a pediatric nurse practitioner, Lauren transitioned to sleep and has been a certified pediatric sleep consultant since 2017.
