Chocolate makers from Xocolatl Chocolate will talk about the history, botany, and agriculture of cacao and chocolate making. They will also be discussing how they source cacao as well as their production methods. This event will also include a tasting of cacao fruit, nibs, and Xocolatl's single origin chocolates.
